Refund policy

We do not provide refunds, as the cost of credit card fees and labor to issue refunds are greater than the fee to participate. 

Participants are not screened, we do not select with whom participants are placed in groups, and we do not move people between groups. Similarly, we have no control over technical issues. 

These may cause an unsatisfactory experience, and the cost of the activity should be factored into the overall cost of participation.
